CONVERSION CRIMES INC own the Site and all its original features, content and functionality, this ownership is protected by trademark intellectual property of proprietary rights laws.

Customers or Testers who use our Site on behalf of a company or any other entity, must agree to these Terms, with the knowledge that they must have the authority to represent that company or entity. When reading these Terms, please note that “you” or “your” will refer to that company or entity.

Registration
You may be required to register for an account in order to use the Services as a Customer or a Tester. Failure to enter accurate Personally Identifiable information including, but not limited to, your name, contact details or other information, and failure to keep this information up-to-date, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and deletion of all your data shared with Conversion Crimes. We also reserve the right to refuse account registration, if you select a username that violates these Terms. As a guideline, we may regard a “user name” which is; the name of another person other than you without appropriate authorization, the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person, or a name which is offensive, vulgar, obscene or unlawful, as a violation of these Terms. We may also refuse the rights to a “user name” which violates our Policies or the Law. The responsibility to maintain and protect the confidentiality of your password and other account information is solely on you. It is also important to note that multiple use of a single account is not permitted. Conversion Crimes is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this section. Information regarding the use of the Services, including your technical information and your registration information, may be used by us to assist your advancement through the Services, tailor its presentations to you, publish the fact that you are a user of our services or communicate separately with you.
Privacy

By paying these fees, you accept that additional services or usage functionality upgrades will incur an extra charge, as dictated by Conversion Crimes with reasonable prior notice to charging.
Children Under Thirteen
Conversion Crimes does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use https://conversioncrimes.com/ only with permission of a parent or guardian.

By using the Services provided by Conversion Crimes, you consent to receiving occasional emails from us in relation to Customer or Tester support, sales and marketing. You can opt-out of our marketing list by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our marketing emails.
Changes to the Services
We are always looking to improve the user experience for our Customers and Testers, and thus, by accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that the Services we provide may change without notice during your time with us. Therefore, by using our Services you declare your understanding that your access to particular areas of the Service may be curtailed, and that we may create limits on certain features and Services without notice or liability. You also agree that Conversion Crimes will have no liability towards you or any Third Party in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance in any area of the Services we provide.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Conversion Crimes is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in Conversion Crimes’s sole discretion.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.
Other Restrictions
The use of any automatic device, algorithm or methodology, including but not limited to, robot, spider, page-scrape or deep-link, is forbeyed when used to gain entry to our Services and attempt to take, replicate or monitor Our Content or any aspect of the Services, bypass or copy any Site navigation formation or displaying of Our Content or Services, or attempt to acquire any resources, data, information or documents through prohibited navigation of the Site. We reserve the right to ban any activity indicative of attempted interference with transactions being carried out on the Services or of interference with the correct operation of the Services, through the use of any device, software or routine. Hacking or any unlawful means of gaining entry to our system to any area of the Services, any systems or networks connected to the Services, any Conversion Crimes server, or anywhere within the Site is forbidden.
Any contravenement of the Services or connected networks security or authentication framework, via probing, scanning or testing of defenseless aspects of the Site is a breach of our Terms and is prohibited by law. Customer and Tester information is also protected by these Terms, thus you are forbidden from any attempt to find their information including by reverse look-up or tracing. You shall not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Services or Conversion Crimes’ systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the Services. In the event of such actions, we reserve the right to implement measures to ensure the quality and availability of the Services for all other Conversion Crimes users.
You are also forbidden from being abusive or threatening to Conversion Crimes staff in any form.
International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Conversion Crimes from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Conversion Crimes Content accessed through https://conversioncrimes.com/ in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Conversion Crimes, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or Services, any user postings made by you, Your Content, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Conversion Crimes reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Conversion Crimes in asserting any available defenses.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Conversion Crimes agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Liability Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. CONVERSION CRIMES INC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.
CONVERSION CRIMES INC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. CONVERSION CRIMES INC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CONVERSION CRIMES INC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, VIRUSES, BUGS, TROJAN HORSES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, OR INFORMATION POSTED, EMAILED OR TRANSMITTED, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF CONVERSION CRIMES INC OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
Termination/Access Restriction by Us
Conversion Crimes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time without notice, based on one or more of the following conditions; if you interfere with other’s use of the Service, if you create or could create liability for us by the way you use the Services, if we suspect misconduct by you and we need to investigate, if you fail to comply with these Terms or our Policies (including without limitation, failure to pay any fees owed by you in relation to the Services), or if we are requested to do so by a judicial body, law enforcement, or other government agency. By accepting these Terms you also warrant that Conversion Crimes will not be responsible and not held liable for any Third Party damages resulting from any restrictions, suspensions or termination of your account and/or access to our Services that we enforce, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to take immediate action without notice in matters of high urgency. If you are the owner, or represent the owner, of an account that has been inactive for more than 365 days, you understand that we reserve the right to terminate your account and delete it without the need for authorization.
Termination/Access Restriction by You
You can cancel your account at any time by sending a cancellation request either via the Support section of your account dashboard, or by emailing your request to support@conversioncrimes.com. Confirmation/identity details may be required to complete your cancellation. Cancellation of your account before the end of your subscription period will result in immediate deletion of Your Content from the Services. You will not be charged for any subsequent subscription periods. You must also note that if your account is cancelled in the middle of a subscription period, then you forfeit all amounts paid and they are non-refundable.
Effects of Termination
The following terms will take effect upon termination of your account by either you or Conversion Crimes; the Services will no longer be accessed, or attempted to be accessed by you, or any authorized representative of your Customer account, we will be under no obligation to retain any of Your Content and such content will be deleted from the Services immediately, and any outstanding fees that you owe to Conversion Crimes will become immediately due and payable. Therefore, prior to termination of the Services you receive, you will be solely responsible for exporting all of Your Content from the Services. Anything that should survive termination under the provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability, shall survive termination.
Termination/Access Restriction Agreement
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Wyoming in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms or our Policies, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Conversion Crimes as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Conversion Crimes’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Conversion Crimes’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Conversion Crimes with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Conversion Crimes with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Conversion Crimes with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Errors by Us
Although we at Conversion Crimes strive for impeccable services, we can not guarantee that everything we deliver will be 100% error free.
By accepting these terms you agree that you share the responsibility to review and proof all designs and files for any errors or omissions and notify us if any changes or corrections are needed. The Conversion Crimes team will do our best to rush any edits to correct mistakes.
You agree to not hold us responsible or liable for any losses or expenses incurred from errors or omissions.
Changes to Terms
Conversion Crimes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which https://conversioncrimes.com/ is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions and will take immediate effect for new Customers or Testers who sign-up for our Services on or after the Notice Date. For current customers, the amended version of the Terms will come into effect at the start of your next Conversion Crimes subscription period and for any subsequent subscription periods. For current Customers or Testers who use our Services but who are not under subscription, the amended Terms will take immediate effect. Conversion Crimes encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates, as your use of the Services after the Terms are amended confirms your acceptance and consent of that amended version.
