In this template, you'll see what your target buyer thinks about onboarding to your software for the first time.

Through this process, you can analyze your target audience’s behavior when interacting with your product. In most cases*, the less friction your user encounters in their onboarding process, the better. When you can understand exactly why and where the friction is, the misunderstandings, the missing information, the hidden stuff people should be able to find but can't - only then can you start to create solutions.
